Returns
We do not accept returns on any plants or plant care products once they are delivered.Â
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- The plant or product arrives damaged or in poor condition.
- The pot, fertilizer bag, or any accessory is torn, broken, or leaking upon arrival.
- The wrong product or plant variety was sent.
Refund will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@pedlagaao.in
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, process a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The damage occurs after delivery or due to improper care.
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
- The plant color, size, or shape varies slightly from the pictures (as natural variations are expected).
Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the evidence provided.
