Ped Lagaao’s Cow Manure Compost – Traditional Organic Nutrition for Your Plants
Nourish your plants with Cow Manure Compost, a time-tested, natural soil enricher used in Indian farming and gardening for generations. Properly decomposed and cured, our cow manure improves soil fertility, structure, and microbial life, helping plants grow stronger, greener, and more productive.
Ideal for home gardens, kitchen gardens, terrace and balcony setups, nurseries, and farms that prefer natural, chemical-free plant care.
Why Choose Our Cow Manure

Well-decomposed and cured
Our cow manure is thoroughly composted before packing. This reduces raw odor, heat, and harmful pathogens, making it safe and gentle for plants when used as directed.
Made from genuine cow dung
Produced from real cow dung mixed with organic matter and allowed to decompose naturally. No municipal waste or harmful industrial materials are added.
Granular, easy-to-use texture
The compost is crumbly and easy to mix with soil. It is neither too wet nor too powdery, which helps in uniform mixing and spreading.
Balanced organic matter
Rich in organic carbon, this cow manure improves soil quality gradually. It supports long-term fertility instead of quick, short-lived results.
Suitable for all garden types
Can be used for vegetables, flowers, fruit trees, lawns, potted plants, and kitchen gardens, when used in the right quantity.
Benefits of Our Cow Manure Compost

Improves soil fertility naturally
Cow manure contains essential plant nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients in organic form. These support:
Healthy leaf and stem growth
Better flowering and fruiting
Improved overall plant vigor
Enhances soil structure
Regular use makes hard soil softer, more friable, and better aerated. This helps roots grow deeper and spread more easily.
Boosts water-holding capacity
Organic matter in cow manure acts like a sponge, helping soil hold moisture longer while still draining excess water. This reduces stress on plants during hot or dry periods.
Supports beneficial soil microbes
Cow manure is a food source for beneficial microorganisms that:
Break down organic matter
Make nutrients more available to plants
Improve long-term soil health
Reduces dependence on chemical fertilizers
By enriching the soil naturally, you can gradually reduce the use of synthetic fertilizers, making your garden safer and more sustainable.
Eco-friendly and traditional
Cow manure has been used for centuries in organic farming. It aligns with natural and traditional methods of cultivation.
How to Use Cow Manure Compost

You can use cow manure compost in pots, grow bags, beds, and open fields.
1. For Pots and Grow Bags (Existing Plants)
Loosen the top soil around the plant without disturbing main roots.
Add cow manure at about 10–20% of pot volume (for example, 1–2 small handfuls for an 8–12 inch pot).
Mix gently into the top layer.
Water thoroughly after application.
Repeat every 30–45 days, depending on plant growth and season.
2. For Preparing Potting Mix
When making potting mix, combine:
50–60% soil / base mix
20–30% cow manure compost
Remaining portion with materials like vermicompost, coco peat, sand, or red soil
Mix well until uniform and then fill pots or grow bags.
Plant seeds or seedlings directly into this enriched mix.
3. For Kitchen Gardens and Beds
Before sowing or planting, spread cow manure uniformly over the bed.
Use about 1–2 kg per square meter, depending on soil condition.
Mix it into the top 10–15 cm of soil and water.
For existing plants, apply around the root zone and mix lightly with soil.
4. For Fruit Trees and Bigger Plants
Make a ring or trench around the tree, a little away from the trunk.
Add 2–5 kg of cow manure per application, depending on the tree size and age.
Cover with soil and water thoroughly.
Apply 2–3 times a year for best results.
Important Tips
Do not apply very close to tender stems; always keep a little distance from the main stem.
Do not use raw, fresh cow dung directly on plants, as it can burn roots; always use composted manure like this product.
Avoid overapplication; more is not always better. Observe your plants and adjust quantity as needed.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct rain and moisture to prevent fungus growth and nutrient loss.
With our Cow Manure Compost, you are building healthy soil from the ground up. Consistent use leads to richer soil, stronger plants, greener leaves, and better yields, following a safe and traditional organic approach.
